Rest is important for anyone. Part of the reason as to why anxiety may be building up is because you may be a workaholic. Always thinking about what to perfect and when things do not work out, this becomes an issue since you become stressed. You work well when you rest well. Ensure you get enough sleep in a day. Avoid overdoing activities. Obsession is a case symptom of anxiety disorder. However, you can beat this by resting, ensure after working you sleep for a maximum of eight hours in a day.
